Indie game publisher Mastiff and indie game developer MeNic Games have announced their playful take on the city-building genre, bringing about a tabletop toy-block aesthetic to Tinytopia. The game looks really really cool (and some might say cute), and is slated to be launched on the 30th of August for Windows PCs and Macs, with Linux support coming post launch.
Tinytopia will be available for purchase on Steam, the Epic Games Store, Microsoft Store, and GOG.com for $14.99 across all major territories.
The spiritual successor to MeNic Games’ BalanCity, Tinytopia is a lighthearted and charming city-building experience. Players take on the role of the mayor of Tinytopia, equipped with a variety of building blocks to craft toy towns and cities across a mix of 17 real-world and fantasy locales plus six physics-based Challenge stages, all of which put players’ creativity, balancing, and timing skills to the test.
