The recent iPhone OS 3.0 brought about several changes that I was waiting for ever since I got this device.
First up, copy and paste functionality. The iPhone is my primary email client for Nine Over Ten 9/10’s emails. Being able to read emails on the go was one thing, but now, being able to copy and paste stuff not only from e-mails but from practically anywhere allows me to react faster to breaking news and the convenience of not having to be tethered to a laptop to write comprehensive posts.
The universal search function proved to be very useful when I needed to search through my SMS and e-mails for somethings.
Completing the iPhone’s new role as my mobile blogging and e-mail platform is the new landscape keyboard, now made available for almost, if not all apps that make use of the keyboard.
Last but not least, I now can login to Youtube and view the videos in my channel thanks to the updated Youtube application for the iPhone.
P/S: This post was initially written on and posted up onto Nine Over Ten 9/10 from the iPhone
For me:
1. home button can customize for launch camera
2. faster safari
3. multiple selection in photo/message
4. better youtube
last but not least, can disable message reminder LOL
Hehe..i like the last point.
I hear you on being able to manage your website better from the iphone, it’s quite often been my lifeline in the past few months meaning I can keep more of a track on things, but even more so now with copy/paste.
