Like my friend Romeo said, it’s Terminator Thursday, well, Terminator Friday for us. You can tell that I’m actually hyped up by all this Terminator stuff since I went and  bought T2: Judgement Day on Blu-Ray (I wouldn’t have it any other way).

So anyways, here are some updates for all things Terminator Salvation but before we get there, I must say that having Christian Bale on board the film as the main character no less brings such star power and anticipitation that previous Terminator film, T3, can just dream of having.

First up, iPhone and iPod Touch owners can look to some Terminator-killing fun with the release of Gameloft’s Terminator Salvation video game for both the iPhone and iPod Touch. You can download the game via iTunes Store for USD  9.99. Here’s an excerpt from the game’s description:

Plunge into the heart of action:

Play as John Connor and Marcus Wright, each having their own strengths and special abilities.

4 different controls that take advantage of the iPhone-specific touch screen and accelerometer to fit any playing style.

Counter hordes of 11 different enemies sent by Skynet, including some exclusive models exclusively designed for the iPhone & iPod touch game.

Check it out at the iTunes Store: here.

For Facebook fiends, particularly those residing in the UK, here’s your chance to win a private screening of Terminator Salvation for you and your friends by participating in the TERMINATOR SALVATION: Join the Resistance game. Check it out here.

Last but not least, for those of you curious on how the upcoming Terminator Salvation video game ticks on the Xbox 360 and Playstation 3, feel free to check out the Terminator Salvation Developer Blog Posts at IGN (click here).
